Low-Latency Proxy Service for Webscraping

I'm looking for a skilled professional who can suggest a reliable, low-latency proxy service for my web scraping project. The script currently targets public APIs and without a proxy, it's taking around 200ms to hit the endpoints. With a proxy, I need the latency to be between 300-500ms max.
Key Requirements:
- The proxy service should be located in Australia
- The IP rotation level should be low, with only a few changes per day
- The service should not require any specific authentication methods, as the APIs I am using do not require authentication
