Looking for a Python Developer to scrape People Also Ask (PAA) QnA from Google SERP

I'm looking for a Python developer who can able to develop a script to fetch "People Also Ask" questions (PAA) and answers from Google for a given query in Python.
You have to scrap each question and answer for a given keyword. For example: "Bank of America Credit Card". You will see questions under the "People Also Ask" section and their quick answer.
The said content must be saved in sheet for a given query. So, one query per row (one query will have multiple QnA). Each question heading must be in HTML's <h3> tag to be pasted in WordPress. We want to create a new post in WordPress per given query. The given query will be the title of post and PAA with its answers as content in WordPress.
I'm already the subscriber of NordVPN premium plan. So, you must have to use paid proxy IPs instead of free ones in the script. The script must be error free/bug free.
