Live email database mining and lead scraping work

My project is looking to have someone mine a live email database and scrape information for leads. Specifically, I am looking for leads that pertain to a certain industry and need their contact information. I need help to source the data for these leads, as I do not have a specific source in mind. Once the lead data has been acquired, I need it to be sorted into a .csv format so that it can be easily verfied and organized.
