I'm looking for a professional who can help me display a live cricket scoreboard over a video stream to be posted on youtube. The live scores need to be scraped from the playhq website.

Your task will include:
- Scraping live cricket scores from playhq
- Overlaying the scores on the video stream
- Ensuring the scoreboard is updated in real-time
- Need video clips to be automatically saved/added to a playlist based on live score triggers such as wicket, boundary etc. (Optional-Will be bonus if this is also provided)
