LinkedIn Profile Data Scraper Development with Machine Learning Algorithms anf Natural Language Processing (NLP)

I'm looking for a skilled developer who can create a system that scrapes LinkedIn profile data based on customizable keyword searches.
Key Requirements:
- The system should allow users to define specific keywords and parameters.
- It should filter and extract relevant profile information efficiently and accurately.
- The data to be extracted includes work experience, skills and endorsements, general profile data, and attached CVs to profiles.
- System should work on windows and be ideally run form an office 360 powerapp or API integrated to MS Teams on Office 365
Development Considerations:
- The filtering should be based on needed keywords using boolean combinations.
- A user-friendly interface for inputting keywords would be an asset.
Experience Skills:
- 3 years experience in data scraping on Linkedin and software development, and at least 2 years experinece with Machine Learning Algorithms and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Experience with creating systems that use boolean combinations for data filtering.
