Italian Real Estate Data Scraping & Management
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for an expert data scraper to extract real estate ads from top Italian websites: Immobiliare.it, Idealista.it, and Casa.it.
My goal is creating a local database tool on my network PCs where I can see the history of ads, with a part saving all removed ads too (historical, this what I mean) and a part with the live online ads.
Database structure to be optimized, with a RealEstateAgents section (to be updated periodically), and an ads section, also subject to daily update by means of a batch exe running all the time.
Key Requirements:
- Scraping real estate ads from specified websites
- Creating a comprehensive database of the ads
- Implementing an effective search functionality for managing the data
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in web scraping and data management
- Prior experience with real estate data is a plus
- Strong understanding of search functionalities and database creation
Please note: The project does not currently include requirements for data filtering or data export, but the ability to implement these features in the future would be advantageous. The desired format for data export has not yet been determined.
