Internet RealEstate Monitoring Tool

Build a script that runs in the background on Google Cloud to monitor 5 Japanese real estate websites for new property listings in specific areas. When a new listing appears, the script should extract key details (price, location, size, rooms, URL, etc.), store the data in a Google Sheet, and send an email notification with the listing details. I need the ability to easily update search parameters like price range and location, ideally through a config file or simple interface. The script should run continuously and handle website blocks (using headers, delays, or proxies if necessary).
