Internet Photo Fetch with Excel

I need a script or tool that will fetch a single image from the internet using each item's UPC as the keyword. The images should then populate the column to the left of the UPC in an Excel spreadsheet.

Requirements:
- Use the internet as the source for images
- Fetch 1 photo per UPC
- Resize images before inserting into the spreadsheet

Ideal Skills:
- Experience with web scraping or API integration
- Proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of image processing for resizing
