Interactive Web Scraper with trading Chart Features

I need a web scraping tool that can scrape text content from Website 1 and have some interactive chart features.
make one small size of desktop app or chrome extension which have 1 button and 1 small size of frame which can show's the charts value of symbols
1) read value from charts where mouse clicked and on that same place of price put one horizontal line
which i have shows u in image
2) send this price value to the appropriate button
show the value on button along with charts symbol value in frame as i have marked in image
