Interactive Web Data Scraper

I'm looking for an experienced web scraper to extract table data from an interactive webpage. The scraped data needs to be organized in a CSV file.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in web scraping techniques and tools
- Experienced with extracting data from interactive webpages
- Able to deliver data organized in a CSV file

I can provide username and login and need to scrape tables into excel csv format as the appear on the site. Ideally I will simply enter a date and the scraper will collect the data and save it to a .csv file, complete with the header bar for each race.
For someone who knows what they are doing this should be quick and easy, and I am looking for it to be done as soon as possible at a sensible price.
