Instagram Micro Influencer Data Scraping

I'm seeking a skilled data scraper to help me gather information on micro-influencers on Instagram. I'm focusing on influencers in the resume service, jobs, career coaching, coding education, and UI/UX design niches.
Requirements:
- Scraping data from over 200 specific hashtags
- Collecting profile links and bios
- Gathering information on location and follower count
- Finding emails and determining the language of their content
- Delivering all this data in a CSV file
This project is a one-off task, but if I find the right candidate, I may have recurring work in the future. Ideally, I'm looking for someone with experience in data scraping, social media analysis, and a deep understanding of Instagram's platform.
