I'm looking for an accomplished data mining expert to extract specific sets of data from immoscout24.ch. This specialist should have an aptitude in dealing with website scraping and handling large sets of data systematically and methodically.
The task requires:
- Scrape property details including price, location, and size (1 bedroom to 5.5 bedroom), year of construction/renovation.
- Extract agent/contact information relevant to each listed property
- Filter all scraped properties within a specified area (8 cities), for different bedroom sizes for selling and renting.
- The output should be as follows: area, location, bedrooms*, price (selling price/ rent a month), size, year of construction, floor, agent, link in an excel file.
