Image Web Scraping & Resizing

I have a need for a proficient programmer who can help scrape images from specific websites.
- The ideal freelancer should have a solid background in webscraping, and specifically, in extracting images from websites. Prior experience in dealing with different image formats is a plus.
- The images scraped will have to be in JPEG format. the pixels must be divisible by 4
- There's also a need to ensure the images are resized and/or kept in their original proportions as needed. Knowledge in image processing and manipulation is therefore key for this project.
