Hungarian Elected Mayors 2019 and 2024

Your task will be to collect full names of all mayors in Hungary who were elected in 2019 and 2024.

Deliverables:
- a list of city/town name, elected mayor 2019, elected mayor 2024 (in excel/cvs)

I've attached images for better understanding.

2024 is the easy part:

Here 'varmegyek/01' goes from 1 to 20, and 'telepulesek/001' goes from 1 to another integer (100-300 depends of the towns in the county)
For each town the city/town name is marked with a green box and mayor name is marked with a blue box (fld2024.jpg)


2019 is a bit tricky.
The base url is https://www.valasztas.hu/megyek-telepulesek_onk2019
Here one must click on the number marked with red FOR EACH county (fld2019A.jpg)
For each county EACH town must be selected (all pages) (fld2019B.jpg)
For each town the red box translates to 'mayor', the green is the town name, the blue is the mayor's name (fld2019C.jpg)

There will be a slight difference in towns as in 2019 the towns over 10000 population is skipped (could be included if its easier, i don't need them)
