How to avoid tracking

I want to make 20 entries through this link

So, for 1 entry all you need to do is just give a random name and someone's email address (that exists) and that's it, this is one entry.

But then I use a different browser or use VPN to make second entry but somehow the link still knows it's me. The link is somehow tracking me.

Can you help me?
If you could give me a solution as how to make 20 entries through mobile phone then I will award this project to you.

It's something simple that I am missing but I am sure you programmers will know :-)
