Horse Racing Data Scraping

My project is to scrape some horse racing data from a web site. It is a site of which I am a member of, not a public site. The site requires a log in. I would like the data scraped into excel. I have attached an example of what I would like. I would like two copies of the programme, one for myself and one for a friend who is also a member of the site and has his own log in. I would like to know if the programme you design for me can automatically download the data on a daily basis. If so I would like two quotes, one for automatic download and one for manual download. Thanks
