Home Assistant - Scrape a local website and pull data to a card

I need someone that can help with Home assistant, to read data from a local server webpage on my network and display that data in a few forms, first being a gauge, as the data will be the oil level in a tank. Then I need to take that data and process it, into some useful info, to calculate usage, per day, per week, per month, per year. This should all be displayed in home assistant.
