Gyms and fitness centre email list from yellow pages

I would like to compile a state by state email list of the individual emails of the health and fitness centres and gyms from the publicly available data on the yellow pages of Australia. I require it for a post graduate research project and Yellow Pages do not directly include the email addresses to the business but instead have the "mail to" option which is of no use for me.

I would like it compiled into a spreadsheet state by state to also include the business name, their address, phone number and email address in sequential columns.
