Google Sheets Data Scrape, Data Automation, Queries

I have a couple of google sheets that I need set up for Data scraping and data automation. One sheet has 7 tabs of data and the other sheet has 8.
I currently use the IMPORTHTML command to data scrape and I would like that "cleaned up" as it's importing data I don't need. Some sites I can't get IMPORTHTML to work so I have to manually copy paste and so I would need help to fix that.
I also do a lot of manual copy and paste data from one tab to another tab tasks that I would like automated. Would love the ability to select a value from a drop down list and have it auto populate fields of data for me.
