Google Maps / GMB Scraping for a Business Web Directory
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I am looking for a freelancer to scrape specific information from Google Maps / GMB for a business web directory. The ideal candidate should have experience in web scraping and data entry.
A list of keywords and locations will be provided and we need to scrape the first 5-15 business that matches that query. For example:
plumbers in Miami
plumbers in Dallas
family attorney in Dallas
Etc
In the initial stage of the project the idea is that you give us the file, but ideally what we are looking for is someone who can help us create a tool to be able to do this web scraping process ourselves.
Specific requirements for the project include:
- Scraping business name, address, and phone number from Google Maps / GMB (see attached file as example)
- Targeting businesses within a specific country or specific city
- Formatting the scraped data in Google Sheets, csv or xlsx
Skills and experience required:
- Proficiency in web scraping and data entry
- Familiarity with Google Maps / GMB
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection
- Ability to work efficiently and deliver high-quality results
