Generating Twitter Data from specific Hashtags

I am looking for a freelancer to generate Twitter data from specific hashtags. I would like to target a list of hashtags that I will provide. The data I want to collect is the number of tweets for each hashtag, and I would like the data to undergo semantic analysis. The data should be presented in a CSV format.
