Facebook group scraping into website and app

As part of a new enterprise and I am looking to gain insights from several Facebook group. With this in mind, I am hoping to find a talented freelancer who can scrape the photos and posts from the group into a format that is easily readable and navigable. This should be presented in both a website and mobile app that are capable of providing users with information on-the-go. To ensure a certain level of accuracy, I expect the freelancer to thoroughly analyze the existing data and use the appropriate programming language and software to create this platform.
