Extract layers from custom google map

We have a website that uses google maps in order to place custom layers onto it here:

We want to extract all the individual layers via a data scraping script (or similar method) so we can overlay them digitally onto our own map.
We require the maximum zoom level in order to get the best detail. The output should be able to achieve an image or be provided in a digital format of suitable choice. We are open to ideas.
