Extract emails from large text files & make unique

I have several large text and html files. I need all emails to be extracted. In addition I need all emails to be unique (no repetitions) and some simple rules applied (i.e. no dashes in emails etc).
File size is quite large (approaching 1 TB) so you need space and a fast CPU for this one.
