Extract Email Addresses from multiple email accounts ~ 600$ ~

I represent a Bee farmers association called BeeLife and we have more than 200 members.
We are planning on creating a massive nationwide campaign that will take place through email newsletters.
Our member email accounts contain between 1000 and 10000 emails from customers over the time.
We need to extract the email addresses inside these email accounts. All of them.

Most of our members have already passed to us their email accounts details in this format:
orders(at)bee-life.eu:Password123:imap.one.com
So we have around 150 email accounts details so far.

We need to extract all email addresses easily from these accounts. We have no idea how to do that, we are not very good with technology, but thankfully we have you for that.

Our budget for this operation is 500$-700$.

Also, the next step would be making the newsletters and sending them. Also,we don't know anything about this either, but i guess we need to take it step by step, one project at a time
