Experienced web scraping and CodeIgniter -- 2

I am in need of an PHP, CodeIgniter and experienced web scraping and manual data entry specialist for a project I am undertaking. Need to familiar with CodeIgniter to prepare CSV upload and download. The web scraping required for the job is going to involve custom scripts. Furthermore, the manual data entry will require extracting information from text formats. The project approximately consists of 500-1000 items that need to be processed and the results will be checked for accuracy.
