We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced freelance web scraper to join us in a long-term partnership, focused on collecting data from various fashion websites, apparel, jewelry, and marketplaces worldwide. Freelance should ensure accuracy, completeness, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
-Scrape data from fashion websites such as zara.com, pandora.net, farfetch.com, and similar platforms in different countries.
-Extract information from 45 distinct fields as specified, ensuring comprehensive data collection.
-Demonstrate expertise in web scraping technologies, with a strong emphasis on Scrapy and BS4.
-Implement effective strategies to circumvent anti-bot measures employed by websites.
-Prioritize data extraction methods, giving preference to website APIs, followed by JSON or HTML scraping, based on data availability.
-Establish clear communication channels to facilitate collaboration.

-This is a long-term partnership with ongoing collaboration.
-Initially, we will request a test involving the development of 10 spiders.
-The project scope encompasses the development of up to 500 spiders over time.
-The selected freelancer will be responsible for Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure the collection of all specified fields, prevent duplicates, and comprehensively cover all products on targeted websites.
