Excel JSON Query Data Manipulation and Storage

I have a query that pulls data from an API source. I need someone who is able to make changes to the API for me. I have a few updates needed. I also need someone who knows how to capture the data and post it to AWS or some for of storage for future manipulation. I want the data history temporarily stored in an excel tab but then be able to send the data to AWS. Some self learning of the source API will be required.
