Email fishing

As a business owner, I'm looking to create an email fishing campaign with the purpose of lead generation. I have a detailed profile of my target audience in mind and am aiming to collect a large number of t email addresses. I am looking for a software/service that can retrieve all email addresses from a certain website.

It must be a program that I myself can use and can do so on repeated occasions.
