Email database scrape within local area

We need someone to build an email database of local NDIS support coordinators. The NDIS is the national disability insurance scheme and local coordinators are individuals/companies that help people on the NDIS to coordinate their supports and funding for therapy I.e Physiotherapy or Occupational therapy.

We are not looking for a large database but each email must be verified and high quality.

The 2 local areas we are seeking to include are:
