Email Scraping from Linkedin

My search on Linkedin gives 63,000 results. I want the contact details for my search results.
I am using Linkedin Sales Navigator and I know about the various paid tools.
However the paid tools alongwith Linkedin Sales Navigator will allow you to only scrape 1000 contact details a day. I would like to continue with the next 1000 the next day and so on so that I can scrape all the 63000 email ids in 63 days.
I cannot further reduce my search to 1000 on Linkedin from 63,000 by various filters.
If anyone knows the procedure to do this then please quote. Your quote should include your fees and fees of any other tool you are going to suggest so that I can compare with other bidders and take a decision.
Explaining the procedure to be followed to do this task should not take more than 30 mins to 1 hour of the freelancer’s time. Please quote your fees accordingly.
