Email Extractor for a Target List of Italian Clients

I need the comapny business email and decision makers' email (CEO; Director of Sales, Head of Marketing) for a targeted list of italian companies.
I have a dataset with 1048 company's website URL and I would need the following per each company:
1X comapny email
3X decision makers emails: head of sales or director of sales, CEO, Head of marketing
Business Requirements:
1. The excel should have the following columns:
A: company name (provided by us)
B: website URL (provided by us)
C: First Name of the decision maker
D: Last Name of the decision maker
E: Title of the decision maker
2. The outcome of this work should be 4192 emails (1048*4).
