Electronic Health Records (EHR) FHIR Scraping

I am seeking an experienced data engineer with expertise in Electronic Health Records (EHR) and FHIR standard. The project involves scraping patient records and medical history from various Health Care Providers (HCPs) including MyChart, Privia, and Oracle Health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement data scraping from multiple HCPs through FHIR.
- Integrate the scraped data with IAL2 consumer identity validation.
- Set up an automatic scraping system that activates post-login.
The ideal candidate for this project should have:
- Proven experience with FHIR and EHR data.
- Strong skills in data engineering and web scraping.
- Familiarity with IAL2 consumer identity validation.
- Capability to work with various HCPs.
Please note, the data scraping will not be limited to the aforementioned HCPs, so flexibility and adaptability are key.
