I need an advanced AI and automation system for harness racing betting. The project involves several key components:

Data Scraping:
- Scrape horse fields and data from www.harness.org.au and TAB.com.au.

AI Pricing:
- Develop an AI model using machine learning algorithms to generate prices for all harness racing meetings.
- The AI model must consider:
- Previous runs (form)
- Gear changes
- Driver changes (e.g., replacing a less skilled driver with a more skilled one)

Manual Input:
- Create a system where I can manually input my own prices.

Bet Placement:
- Set up automation to place bets as soon as TAB.com.au fixed odds prices are available.
- The system should automatically stake on horses priced higher than my manual input.
-Log in with multiple tab accounts so can pick what account I can use to place them

Bet Tracker:
