CS Discord Server with Automated Market Monitoring

I am looking for an experienced developer to help me create a CS (Counter-Strike) Discord server. This server should be able to constantly monitor new listings across multiple marketplaces, compare each offer to Buff163 prices to find deals, and alert our Discord of any that are found.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop a Discord bot or integration that monitors the following marketplaces for new CS skin listings: CSFloat, SkinBid, GamerPay, BitSkins, DMarket, CSMoney Trade, CSMoney P2P, SwapGG, SkinsMonkey, Tradeit, SkinSwap, CSDeals, CSTrade, WaxPeer, LisSkins, Skinport, Skinbaron

Compare each listing to the prices on Buff163 to identify potential deals.

Alert the Discord server in real-time when a good deal is found.

Budget:
$50 to $250

Ideal Skills and Experience:
Experience with CS trading and sniping
Deep knowledge of CS skin market values
Proficiency in creating and managing Discord bots
Familiarity with the APIs or data scraping techniques required to monitor the listed marketplaces
