Digital helper when buying a property in Finland

I am creating a simple web service to give insights for people who are looking to buy a property. Idea is to scrape a website based on inputted URL, get 15-20 data points from a table, apply filters and then present the data. This should be a super simple mobile first designed website.There is attached a mockup to help you understand what will be the end result. This is a first phase for developing the whole service.

I prefer using technologies that I am familiar with but other suggestions are also welcome: HTML, CSS, JavaScript PHP, Python and MySQL

Please note that the website will be in Finnish but there is only little text and I will help with the translations.
