Developer needed for creating Data Entry Automation & Scripts,in C# Winforms or Python with Selenium

I am looking for a developer to Develop a desktop-based application for web automation, web data extraction, and auto form-fill using selenium web driver, C#, Winform, via chrome web driver, this going to use for product Data entry, product data update, Data extraction and some other function for the particular website. the software skills required C#, Selenium WebDriver, Winform, tesseract OCR, python, Xpath
Below is the point which we need to convert in web automation
1) automate Price and discount management using Excel data and algorithms for a particular e-commerce website
2) Automate website Form data filling for Multiple web URLs using and reading Excel Data (data fields type: blank box, select Date, upload File, select Radio bottom, select from Dropdown ), here we need the option to select newly updated fields in the website form via Xpath
3) Automate filling new Product Form for Multiple Product and Catagory for E-commerce website to using excel Data, data fields type: blank box Fill Data, select Date, upload File, select Radio bottom, select from Dropdown), please note here every product category form is different, so we need the option to select new category fields via Xpath, or auto Xpath Scanning option for targeted URL Form Fields, so there we can add Xpath on the App
4) Multiple Data Extraction or web scraping from any of website and fields, including image capturing and URL Capturing this data need to export in Excel format,
here we need a data targeting system with pagination and multiple page scrolling
Info: above all points need to enter a user name, password, and Captcha this need automate and need Processing report for all work from the app, we can export the processing report in excel format, the targeted website is a little lazy to load and complicate like sometimes error come to load the target URL pages so here you need to use auto-refresh or process killing activities or maybe something more,
