Desktop application to crawl and scrap itineraries

I would like to create a desktop application to do web crawling and web scraping of Li knos desktop agency

The application should allow us for specific Departure Port / Arrival Port / Date / Company
to Fetch the ferry itineraries
The application should communicate with an online site where we would provide the research we want to do and also allow to save the results online in order to be able to use them. We do not want to export&import files manually.

Because the agency can be installed only on specific computer, you will need to work remotely on one of our computer.
We need to discuss on PM to finalize specifications depending of what you can do
