Database extraction different sites

I am in need of someone to extract text data from various websites and compile it into a CSV file. I have a list of URLs from which I need the specified text data to be extracted, and the results provided in CSV format. No images are necessary - only text data. The extractor should be comfortable working with data from a range of websites, and have the skills to create the most accurate and organized CSV file possible.
