Data scraping from a web site expert needed

We are looking for an experienced web scraping expert to extract real estate property data from a specified website. The goal is to collect property details, descriptions, and images, and organize the data into an Excel file along with downloaded image files.

Output Format:
An Excel file (.xlsx) with a row for each property and the above fields as columns.
Property images saved as separate image files (preferably organized in folders per property).
For images and attachments, include both file name and URL in the Excel file.

Other Notes:
Description may contain formatted HTML.
Some properties may have downloadable PDF attachments — these should be listed in a structured format.
The location field should contain the lat and lng values in JSON format.
The image column should contain references to the saved images.

Deliverables:
Clean and complete Excel file containing all property information.
Image files and any attachments, organized logically.
Scraping script (Python preferred) for future use.
