Data Scraping from React.js Site-Email/SMS Notification

scrap vehicle information from below 4 links and store them in a database(mysql preferred)

Note: above site was built using react.js, so normal python or php scraping is not available.
Someone told me PhantomJS is possible, so only devs who know PhantomJS place bid!
and once new vehicle is posted, then send email/sms notification about the vehicle(all information listed and the link to the vehicle)
