I am looking for a data scraper who can help me with my project. The ideal candidate should have experience in web scraping and be familiar with SQL databases.

Specifics:
- The project involves scraping website URLs.
- The scraped data should be stored in an MS SQL format.
- The data needs to be scraped continuously (Every second), on an ongoing basis.

Nature of Work:
- Retrieve Data (15 mins & Hourly Table)
- Add option to change MSSQL login & pwd details
