I wish to build on a past project. Please see the files attached.
The Word file contains the instructions for the past project, and instructions for what I wish to now do with it.
The Excel file is an example of the data previously scraped using the program as it currently is.
The ZIP file is the source code etc supplied to me by the past developer.

The most important thing to me about working with a freelancer - customer satisfaction. Too often I am given the software and a milestone payment is requested immediately before any testing has taken place. To be clear, I will not release payment until I have tested to product and I am 100% satisfied that it works as asked.
