Data Mining Company Required
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Needs to hire 5 Freelancers
We are a marketing agency looking to hire a Data Mining Company, already with a team in place. 'Data Mining' will not require scraping websites or using technical software - it is far more straightforward than this.
You will have at least 3 to 5 people already on your team who can manage our ongoing flexible requirements of needing thousands of leads one month, and then 500 the next, dependent on our ongoing requirements, our conversion rate, and the speed of hiring new service team members to manage more clients.
You and your team can be from anywhere in the world, your team members will be thoroughly vetted, and you will have fast upload and download speeds, which we will ask you to evidence in the later stages of this process. We would also require to meet at least two or three team members virtually before starting.
Tasks that you will perform include…
Data entry, data mining, and data validation (websites, decision-makers, job titles, email id’s, and phone numbers)
Company research using tools such as Apollo.io and/or others inc revenue figures
Company website research inc ensuring they are eCommerce websites+
Data organization, cleansing, and testing
LinkedIn research (Sales Navigator is helpful to have)
Some requirements to consider before applying so you don’t waste time if you are not willing to undertake them:
- You will record a loom video as part of your application. Although you form part of a company, we need to see how you present either as the owner or one of the staff members, so ensure you are clear, that your video is on and audio is good
- We will request some evidence that you are applying from a company
- You will need to take some time to validate the price by doing a small internal check on this (could be 1-2 hours)
- At a later stage, you will submit a speed test to evidence your WIFI speed
If you are successful with the above, we will move you forward to a first interview.
