Data Analyst to Price Vacant Land by Acreage and Location
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our growing land investing business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data and a talent for analyzing it.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing vacant land data and pricing it according to acreage and location. To do this, you will need to use a variety of tools and resources, including popular real estate websites such as Zillow, Realtor, and Redfin to gather pricing data. You will need to gather this data manually or by tools that you develop to scrape this data.
Once you have gathered the data, you will need to input the market value of each piece of vacant land into a spreadsheet, this value will be priced per acre as well as price overall.
As an example, I will give you a list of 5,000+ vacant land properties located throughout the United States and you will need to give an accurate market value for each property. The most accurate would be priced by GPS coordinates followed by subdivision, city and then county wide pricing. I would prefer someone that can figure out how to get accurate pricing through the gps coordinates and location of the property.
I would prefer someone who has experience in real estate and understands working with the real estate websites listed above. This project will be ongoing, and will need to be done once or twice a month and working with anywhere from 5,000 - 10,000 records.
I have attached a small example spreadsheet similar to what you will be working with.
