I need a proficient data scraper to extract information from Tickets.com on a daily basis or other time frame by cron job. The data points to be collected include:

- Event details: This encompasses all pertinent information regarding various events listed on the site.
- Ticket prices: Tapping into the pricing spectrum for different events and ticket types.
- Seating information: Understanding the layout and availability of seating for various events.

I just need the seatmap xml data from their hidden api.
