DISCORD user parse

Need a pythonscript to be able to parse (get user id's out) discord servers. (only my own servers of course). The script should get their full userid like "testuser#1254" and so on. Possible?

YOU NEED EXPERIENCE WITH THIS AND ALSO DISCORD.
