DATA SCRAPE ADVERTISEMENTS AND LISTINGS ON THE WEB AND CREATE AUTOMATIC UPDATED SPREADSHEET

I need someone to build something so that all the ads that feature commercial property being leased in one state of Australia only are put automatically into a spareadsheet. It includes:

- address of the property being leased out
- which company is leasing it out
- what size of land

and a few other particulars

Example is realcommercial.com.au

I want all the listings that come up straight away automatically put into the spreadsheet:

and then if you open a property these details put in:

I want to make sure I capture every leasing property in the city of Sydney CBD, city-fringe, North Sydney only in the state of New South Wales. Maybe only one per day is uploaded on the internet so not a huge job.
