Customized Web Scraping Software Development

I am in need of a skilled coder proficient in web scraping software development.
Your Tasks:
- Create a software that can extract data from various websites. The websites will not be limited to just e-commerce, social media platforms, or news websites, but could expand to others as well.
- Extract specific types of data from these websites. Mainly, the software should be capable of obtaining product listings, and then going through each product website to extract particular parameters such as "HIPAA compliance: Yes or No".
The project will be split to 2 steps:
Step 1 - We will start with simple yes/no parameters.
Step 2 - Adding more complex parameters. Might require scraping full pages from a website, and then finding the parameters and creating short summaries with AI.
Please quote only step 1 for now. Successful collab will continue to Step 2 (and maybe even further).
Ideal Experience and Skills:
Since this project requires a unique, customized solution, experience is critical. Please input the extent of your experience in your application, particularly with similar projects developing web scraping software.
Experience with healthcare data is an advantage.
