Custom Program to Extract Inventory Data

I need a program that can automatically extract stock inventory data for Boba tea from the website https://www.mychachicago.com/locations/check/4db4d48b-5208-4712-b071-7e5b917f1c12. Basically I want to know how much of each drink is in stock at each location by the hour on each day.
Key Requirements:
- Develop a custom program that can pull specific data from the website
- Extract data for Boba tea drinks in stock at each location. Data pull should be hourly
- Put into excel file and send daily to me
- The info that I want is: Location name, drink name, time, amount. That's the info that I should get in each row. so that I can make a pivot table from them.
